Heishizaki established to become a serious clan based on skill, attitude and maturity.
In Heishizaki we consider everymember equal. No one is better or more worth than other. Everyone are equal in the term of value. Every member has a voice with the right to be heard and that's what makes us special. We have no ranks.
The Founders have taken the leadership but no desitions are taken without being disscussioned with the members of the clan.

Heishi's values attitude over skill. We focus our aim to search for players with a strong mind, a good attitude, great leadership and great will. However, it would be nice if you had a good skill to.

We are in no rush to recruit new players wich means that we pick our allegiants carefully. Maturity and respect or more worth than skill and nice stats. Numbers means nothing, you need to prove yourself worthy to our clan.
